On Thursday 17 July 2025, we visited Honeysuckle Court in Wandsworth, where staff and residents came together for a day of community and collaboration.
Our goal? To listen, connect, and show what’s possible when residents are truly at the heart of everything we do.
Seventeen residents joined us on the day, alongside members of our PA team:
· Kayode, your Neighbourhood Coordinator (NC)
· Karis, your Neighbourhood Team Manager (NTM)
· Shardae, our ASB officer
Together, we set out to strengthen relationships, provide real time support and make sure every resident feels heard and valued.
Bringing services to your doorstep
With the sun shining, our team set up just outside Honeysuckle Court, creating a welcoming space for open conversations. It gave residents the chance to share concerns, raise questions and get updates on issues that matter most to them.
One resident told us:
“It’s great to see PA engaging with our community and I hope to see more of this.”
Another added:
“I appreciate how approachable and helpful everyone was.”
Tackling challenges together
We know Honeysuckle Court has recently been experiencing high levels of antisocial behaviour (ASB). That’s why it was so important to have Shardae, on-site to speak to you directly.
Update from Shardae:
“We’re continuing to work closely with Wandsworth Council’s mental health service and encouraging residents to report any ASB as it happens. In an emergency, the police should always be your first point of contact.”
Residents also raised other concerns on the day:
· Communal areas: Non-PA residents have been using the outdoor spaces to walk their dogs. Kayode is working with the managing agent on-site to resolve this.
· Parking: We understand the ongoing challenge around parking spaces. Unfortunately, we don’t have additional spaces available at the moment.

A celebration of community
Despite these challenges, the day was filled with moments that celebrated the spirit of Honeysuckle Court. Neighbours chatted and supported one another; children played in the courtyard, different cultures and languages brought people together.
To make the day even more enjoyable, children took part in face painting and sweet treats. The courtyard was buzzing with joy, one creative youngster even had the Elizabeth Line logo painted on his face!
Events like this really show the real benefit of working alongside our residents. We heard your concerns, celebrated your strengths, and left with a clear picture of how to support Honeysuckle Court moving forward.
Why these events matter
This wasn’t just a one-off visit, it’s part of our ongoing mission to build resident-first communities. By showing up, listening, and responding, we’re laying the groundwork for stronger relationships, early issue resolution, and long-term success.
We’re proud of what PA on Tour is achieving and even more excited about what’s ahead.
We’d love to hear from you
