We have more than 600 employees in a huge range of roles. Our key locations are Leicester and Walton-on-Thames, but we have several smaller satellite offices and schemes across the Midlands, London, Home Counties and the South East.
Our governance
It is our people that make a difference and we believe that good governance is vital to delivering excellent services. Our Board ensures delivery of PA Housing’s objectives, sets its strategic direction, upholds its values and ensures it is well run.

We know we get things wrong sometimes; we know that residents may feel upset, frustrated, and even angry with us.
But IT’S NOT OK for those feelings to turn into abusive and threatening behaviour towards our teams.
