Aisha
Hi there, I’m Aisha! I’ve been with PA for fast approaching 2 years and I look after 361 homes in our Highfields and Evington neighbourhoods. I'm an energetic, committed and passionate person, wanting to make a difference within the neighbourhoods and the communities. I am committed to helping people find safe and affordable housing, and I will always give my best to listen to residents to understand with empathy and care. I'm enthusiastic about making a positive difference and providing the outcome that our residents want and deserve. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling the world and hiking.

How to become a Resident Champion
Are you passionate about maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept neighbourhood? Here’s how you can make a difference in your community by becoming a Resident Champion!
Resident Champions are an additional set of eyes and ears that will enable us to manage our neighbourhoods more effectively, whilst increasing engagement within our neighbourhoods.
Being a Resident Champion can really make a difference in creating a safer and more connected community. By leveraging your local knowledge, you can help identify issues early, provide valuable feedback and nurture a sense of belonging among your neighbours. You can attend joint inspections of where you live with your NC.
You can choose the levels of involvement that best suit you and you’re free to adjust these at any time if your situation changes, so don’t worry about what you commit to.
It’s simple, really – all you have to do is submit your interest either via the MyPA app or by filling out the form on the bottom of our Your Voice webpage and selecting option 8.
Your NC will get in touch to discuss becoming a Resident Champion – if your neighbourhood is currently vacant, another member of the Neighbourhoods team will contact you.
After choosing your level of involvement, you are officially a Resident Champion! You should expect to be in contact with your NC at least once a month, but they’ll discuss how often this will be and any other questions you may have in their first meeting with you.
So, join us in making a real difference by becoming a Resident Champion today!
We understand that things change, so please tell your NC if you ever need to step down from your role. We will automatically deregister you if you have not engaged in your role for 6 months or more.
Becoming a Resident Champion is just one of many ways you can give back to your neighbourhood as a PA resident. So take a look at the Your Voice page to learn more about the opportunities available to you.
