It's our people that make a difference and we believe that good governance is vital to delivering excellent services.

We have strong governance in place and our Board, supported by our Senior Management Team help to make decisions and drive PA Housing forward while always ensuring we're putting our people first, both residents and colleagues.

Our Board

The Board is led by 11 non-executive members who bring a diverse set of skills and expertise. They drive our aspirations and ensure we are applying commercial thinking to the achievement of our social purpose.

Our SMT

The Senior Management Team (SMT) is responsible for the day to day leadership of our business. Each director has overall responsibility for activities within their designated area, and the Executive reports to the Board.

Health & safety

We're committed to managing health and safety (H&S) effectively to protect our employees and other people we interact because we recognise that we have not only a moral and legal duty, but also that our employees are our greatest asset. The Board Lead for health and safety is Jo Banfield.
