Giant Games at Guildford Museum

Drop-in sessions where families can enjoy oversized classic games like giant skittles and snakes & ladders.

Animal Workship

An interactive workshop designed for children aged 8 to 11, where they’ll explore animals from around the world through a mix of science, technology, engineering, maths and creative crafts. It’s a fun and educational session that helps children develop skills and discover more about nature.

Messy Cathedral

Enjoy a morning of music, story telling and crafts. Families can take part in interactive Bible themed activities, followed by creative games and crafts that bring stories to life in a fun and welcoming environment.

Family Fun Day

The Surrey Family Fun Day at Loseley Park is a charity event filled with fun, learning and entertainment for the whole family, the event includes a visit from the air ambulance, games, bouncy castle, fairground rides and food stalls.

When: Sunday 31 August 2025, from 11am - 4pm

Cost: £2.50 per person (under 2s go free)

Keeping Cool Over Summer

Guildford Spectrum

One of Surrey’s top leisure places, with four swimming pools, including a giant leisure pool with slides and waves. It’s the perfect day out for family’s and offers affordable concession rates for those on benefits.

Historic Walk Guildford Town Guide

A fantastic choice of free guided walks are available around Guildford town centre including Guildford’s story and themed walks such as Medieval Guildford.

When: Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from May to September from 11am or Every Sunday from July to September from 2pm

Wildlife Adventure – Albury Vineyard

Self-guided wildlife trail through the vineyards, exploring habitats, ponds and more, great for encouraging nature spotting and learning.

When: Every weekend from the 19 July – 31August from 11am – 5pm

Guildford Surrey Pride 2025

Join the Celebration of Surrey’s LGBTQ+ community with a vibrant parade and community festival in Stoke Park, Guildford.

Where: Stoke Park, Guildford, GU2 4LT

When: Saturday, 6 September 2025

Parade Start: 11am, assembly from 10am on Fairy Street Guildford

Cost: Parade participation £4 or if you would like to come along and watch it is completely free.

Entry fee to Stoke Park: £1

Plan a trip to Guildford Castle

Explore the castle gardens and climb the Great Tower for stunning views across the historic Guildford and the Surrey Hills.
