If you live in one of several affected blocks, you may have heard from us that the provider of the service that lets you securely access your home is now rebuilding their database.
This is a large‑scale and time‑consuming project that will require your cooperation, so we've put together some guidance on the timeline of works, how this will affect you, and the actions required.
On the date listed for your block, residents must hand in their old fobs at concierge and exchange them for new fobs. This will be a fob‑for‑fob exchange only (e.g., 2 old fobs = 2 new fobs).
It is essential that you exchange your old fobs on your block’s allocated date, as old fobs will be deactivated and will no longer provide access. All old fobs will be securely wiped and recycled for use in the next block.

If you cannot wait at concierge on your collection day, you may leave a sealed envelope containing your old fobs.
Please clearly include:
- Full name
- Apartment number
- Old fobs inside
Your new programmed fobs will then be prepared and available for collection.
Please be reminded that concierge will be extremely busy assisting all residents, so please be patient and respectful while waiting.
Cloned fobs will not be accepted under any circumstances. These pose a security risk and have interfered with the current system.
