On Tuesday 19 August, the London Neighbourhoods Team got together at Hennessey Court for a ‘meet & greet’ style PA On Tour.
The purpose of the event was to give residents the opportunity to meet the team in person and raise any concerns they may have had. As there were a number of Neighbourhood Coordinators (NCs) and a Neighbourhood Team Manager in attendance, they were able to use the spread of knowledge they have across various areas to provide answers to several queries.
Residents were open and willing to speak to us which we were really happy to see! They were happy to see us on site and felt they had been given a great chance to voice their opinions and concerns which made them really feel heard.
One resident said, “Thank you for coming today and giving us the opportunity to share our concerns with you.”
Overall we were really happy to get out in the community, even if it was just for a small event like this. Residents expressed that they would like to see us doing this again on a more regular basis, so please do watch this space!
