Hi, I’m Raeesah! I’ve been with PA since November 2024, and I look after 429 homes in our Bede Island and Westcotes neighbourhoods. These are in Leicester, Belgrave, Thurmaston, Rushey Mead and Hamilton. I enjoy helping residents to help resolve their problems wherever I can. I have a background of working with residents and like to ensure their voice is heard. I do have some health and social care knowledge and background around individual needs as everyone are unique. My strengths are that I am confident, team worker, passionate, honest, dedicated and have a positive attitude. I am passionate about helping others and try and ensure they have smile on their faces. I like to ensure residents are happy and able to approach myself if they have any concerns they would like to raise. I am patient and a good listener. I can communicate in a few different languages as English may not be everyone’s first language. I speak English, Urdu, Hindi, Gujarati. I would like to be there for my residents and support wherever I can. Just a bit about what I like to do in my spare time – I enjoy cooking, baking, going out with family and friends and spending time with my kids.
