Epsom is a town in Surrey, located 13 miles southwest of London. The town has a long history dating back to the Roman Empire and is best known for the Epsom Downs Racecourse. The town became famous as a spa town after the discovery of its mineral-rich springs, which led to the development of Epsom salts. Epsom has a diverse architectural style, comprising of Victorian, Edwardian, and modern buildings, as well as notable sites such as the Epsom Clock Tower and St Martins Church. Famous Epsom residents include Tom Felton, who played Draco Malfoy in Harry Potter, Warwick Davies, widely known for his role as Willow, and TV presenter Jeremey Vine.  

Some of the stunning natural elements in the area that are ideal for nature lovers are Horton County Park, Epsom Common, and River Hogmill. Epsom is known for various well-regarded schools, Epsom Hospital, as well as numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants in the Ashely Centre and High Street. The town hosts a variety of community activities, including the Epsom Derby, Cuisine festivals, choir groups and sports camps. There are excellent train connections to both London Waterloo and London Victoria, as well as regular bus routes that connect Epsom to nearby towns.  

The local economy thrives due to a mix of local businesses, retail, and educational institutions, with The Ashley Centre offering excellent employment prospects in the neighbourhood. Epsom's future development plans include improving public transport infrastructure and redeveloping the former hospital site in Horton to offer more houses for the community.
