Molesey is a town in Surrey on the River Thames, 13 miles southwest of Central London. It is separated into two halves, East Molesey and West Molesey, near Hampton Court Palace, adding to its rich heritage. The town is also near Kingston and Esher. Molesey's architecture consists of a combination of Victorian and Edwardian homes, as well as more modern developments, many of which have river views.  

Natural features in Molesey include the Hurst Park and the River Thames, where you can walk to nearby Hampton Court or Walton-On-Thames. The community is diverse, comprising of families, young professionals and older residents. There are good schools and local amenities such as shops, a swimming pool and a gym. The local community benefits from annual events including   Hampton Court Flower show, Hampton Court Ice rink, and Molesey carnival. There are good bus services into Kingston and to Hampton Court railway station, which can take you to London Waterloo within 35 minutes. There is also easy access to the A3 and M25 highways.  

The neighbourhood is primarily residential, with major employers in the retail and hospitality sectors, contributing to its local economy. Future developments include the PA housings, Molesey Crescent Scheme, which will provide 16, one, and two-bedroom shared ownership apartments in the neighbourhood improving the rising housing demand.
