Your Voice

There are many ways you can get involved and really make a difference, at all levels of the business. 

1. Resident Assembly

This is our formal resident-led group who work in partnership with us to improve the services we deliver to all residents.

2. The Digital Working Group

Work closely with our Digital Engagement Team, focusing on My PA and making sure that we’re developing the right technology to suit all residents’ needs.

3. Value for Money Working Group

This group will make sure we spend money wisely, where it matters to you most.

4. Neighbourhood Meetings

Our Neighbourhood Coordinators host surgeries and coffee mornings in our communities. Join us to discuss any issues in your neighbourhood and meet other residents. More details are on our website and your communal notice boards.

5. The Disability and Vulnerability Working Group

Review our services to ensure they’re accessible to all residents.

6. Service Improvement Panels (SIPs)

Review key areas of our service that are most important to you. Work closely with us to understand how service areas work and recommend improvements for all residents.

7. Youth Groups

These groups are for our younger residents who are interested in working with us to improve neighbourhoods and services for young people.

8. Become a Resident Champion

Join our Neighbourhood Coordinators (NCs) on their inspections. Your NCs will be reporting communal repairs, fly tipping, and anything else that could cause a hazard. They also make sure that the grounds maintenance and cleaning contractors are working to the correct standard. Join us by helping to report communal repairs, grounds maintenance, cleaning issues, fly tipping, and other concerns to your NC.
