Resident Readers

The Resident Readers are a group of residents who get involved in improving how PA Housing communicates with our residents.

Members will review draft documents, such as policies, procedures, letters, and newsletters to help ensure they are clear, relevant and easy to understand. 

The group will provide insight into how residents receive and understand documents and will highlight areas where improvements could be made. Over time, this will help raise the overall standard of written communication across PA Housing.

The Readers Group is open to all PA Housing residents. This includes people from different tenure types, backgrounds, and levels of experience. It is particularly suitable for those who prefer flexible, home-based involvement.  

Members will not be required to attend meetings Instead; they will review written materials independently and return their feedback by post or email.
