What are Resident Contract Monitors?
Resident Contract Monitors are a network of involved residents who work alongside staff and contractors to monitor service performance, provide feedback, and help drive service improvement.
The purpose of Resident Contract Monitors is to ensure residents have a meaningful voice in how contracts are delivered and monitored, bringing real lived experience into contract performance discussions.
Members will:

Attend quarterly contract performance meetings

Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and review contractor performance data

Raise concerns, ask questions, and help make informed recommendations for improvement

Review how contractors are performing in terms of quality of work, communication and resident satisfaction

Provide insight into whether services are meeting resident expectations and contractual standards

Promote stronger communication between PA Housing, contractors and residents
