Who are the Resident Champions?
The Resident Champions are the eyes and ears of your community who help us make sure local voices are heard where it matters.
The Resident Champions play an active role in shaping and improving their local area.
The Resident Champions share their feedback directly with their Neighbourhood Co-ordinator, helping PA understand what is and isn't working at a local level.
This can include:
- monthly catch-ups with PA staff
- making sure communal areas are safe, clean and well looked after
- taking part in joint estate inspections
- sharing feedback on grounds maintenance and cleaning contracts
- reporting communal repairs and fly tipping
