Residents involved in our Procurement have the opportunity to make sure we have the right contractors on board to deliver services to residents.

We know that being involved in the end-to-end procurement process is a significant time commitment, so we enable residents to get involved in a way that works best for them.

Whether this is at the beginning of the process to help us define the scope for the contract, helping us write the questions we will be asking the contractors or sitting in on the interviews.
