New Developments Group

What is the New Developments group?

The purpose of the Resident New Development Group is to give residents a voice in how PA Housing manages new developments.

The group will:

Help improve how responsibilities and actions are explained to residents

Raise concerns, ask questions and suggest improvements based on lived experience

Support PA Housing to build clearer, more trusted and more open new development processes

Contribute towards meeting the aims of PA Housing build new homes under a complex framework of legislation and regulations focused on quality, safety, affordability, and the rights of tenants, ensuring residents are involved in safety and development matters that affect them.

The group will meet once a month. Members will be invited to attend an introductory session and be offered support to take part in meetings or give feedback between sessions.
