On 9 February, we were back with another virtual residents meeting, where we invited everyone to join us online to hear from our Chief Executive, Michael McDonagh and other members of the executive team.
We held the meeting at The Hawthorns, one of our supported housing schemes in Leicester, where we welcomed residents to join the audience live. This is the first time we've held the meeting outside of the office, and despite the technical challenges, it seemed to go down really well with the residents there.
Michael spoke about how we're doing, and the outcome of our In-Depth Assessment from the Regulator of Social Housing. He then handed over to members of the Executive Team to provide updates around our Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey which we carried out in September 2026, how we're improving how we handle your complaints and tackle antisocial behaviour, as well as an update about our repairs service.
Sadly, due to a technical problem, the online Q&A feature failed during the call and had to be turned off. We know this is disappointing for many residents who had joined specifically to ask a question. Thankfully, many residents submitted a question during their initial registration, so we were able to answer some of those queries.
