Since joining PA Housing in 2022, I have been made to feel extremely welcome by you all, as well as supported in the decisions we’ve made as a business over the past few years.
When I’ve met with many of you in person you’ve greeted me with warmth and kindness, especially when inviting me into your homes, and I am truly grateful for this and the relationship I’ve been able to form with you.
We’ve been on a journey together, and your feedback tells us that things have improved beyond our expectations, something I hope will continue. We're still making important steps forward to be both a landlord you trust, and the landlord you deserve.
By now, some of you may already know that I have recently made the decision to step away from PA and will be leaving the organisation in early 2026. This was not an easy decision to make, but I feel the time is right for me to hand the reins over to someone who will be able to continue that journey with you, continuing to put you first, and making sure that your voices are heard.
To those I’ve already spoken to, I thank you all for your kind words and well wishes and I look forward to speaking with more of you before I leave. My time at PA has been one I will look back on with pride, and I wish everyone here every success into the future.
