Here’s what you’ll need to register

  • Your Payment Reference Number: This will be printed on the top of your yearly statement, or on your PayPoint card if you own one. If you can’t locate your payment reference number, please call us on 0300 123 222 or contact the digital support team.
  • A valid email address: Once you have registered successfully, you will receive an email with a link to verify your account. This needs to be activated within 24 hours. Once you have verified your account you will be able to log in with the details you created.

My passion for customer service started when I worked at the Central England Co-Operative, building relationships with customers each day as we battled through the pandemic. I began to recognise the importance of my role and the difference that I could make to the people of the local community. My role at PA Housing allows me to embrace this passion for inspiring positive change through customer service throughout our communities. 

I have met some incredible residents who have really inspired me and made me proud of the work that I do. There’s nothing better than seeing the impact that you can have through supporting people and empowering them with the knowledge, skills and support so that they can confidently use My PA and other digital tools, gaining more independence when it comes to taking control of their home. I can’t wait to see where the future takes us as we work as one team to continuously develop My PA, I’m sure we can achieve great things.
