We would not consider this to be antisocial behaviour.

We all have different tastes and one persons favourite food may be another person's worst nightmare, but it's important we're tolerant of other people's lifestyles.

Smells from cooking, especially if it's not a food you personally eat or enjoy may be annoying, but it's not antisocial behaviour and is not something we will tackle.

We suggest you have a friendly word with your neighbour because they may not be aware their food smells are causing a problem.  You could try using our 'Dear Neighbour' card. You may also want to see some of our tips on how to be a good neighbour.
