If you live in a PA home with shared spaces, you may find planned improvement or redecoration works to your communal spaces taking place throughout the year. Our Programme Delivery team have put together a list of the planned works for 2026-27 which you can see below, sorted by property name from A-Z. If your home isn't listed here, there are no planned works for 2026-27.

Please also be aware that this list will only include improvements that affect the entire block or neighbourhood, so you won't be able to find works for individual properties.
