We’re excited to introduce Oxshott Green our newly completed development in Oxshott, Surrey. This project is a real success story for PA housing and a step forward for the local community.

We’ve owned this site since 2000, following a stock transfer from Elmbridge Borough Council. It was once 4 flats, 8 houses, garages, and a community hall formerly known as the O’Brien rooms. Now, it’s completely changed!

What’s New?

In 2019, we gained detailed planning permission to redevelop the site and thanks to the support of DevCon Ltd, the area has been completely transformed into:

  • 8 x 1-bed apartments (shared ownership)
  • 4 x 2-bed apartments (shared ownership)
  • 4 x 1-bed apartments (affordable rent)
  • 7 x 2-bed apartments (affordable rent)
  • 1 x community hall.
  • Communal gardens
  • New lay by parking and visitor spaces

Each home includes gas central heating, a fitted kitchen, tiled bathrooms, courtyard gardens (ground floor flats only) and an allocated parking space.

Areas that PA are responsible for:

  • Landscaped areas (after the first 12 months)
  • Cleaning of the communal areas, communal windows, and bin stores
  • Fences
  • Nuisances
  • Covenants
  • Repairs to the managed areas.

There are 3 communal bin stores for the whole site. Wheelie bins have been provided for food waste, recycling, and rubbish.

Gardens and landscaping

The communal landscaped areas will be maintained by Devcon Ltd until 21 January 2026, as part of their responsibilities as the contractor.

With the first residents already settled into their new homes, and the rest following shortly, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has helped make this project happen.
