At PA housing, we care about our residents’ wellbeing – not just their homes. That’s why we are highlighting the amazing work of Mary Frances Trust (MFT), a local charity offering free mental health support to adults across Surrey, including Epsom and Ewell.
If you’re experiencing anxiety, Low mood, loneliness, or just need someone to talk to, Mary Frances Trust offers a range of support to help you connect with others, gain one to one guidance, build confidence and take steps towards improving your wellbeing.
Shining a light on hoarding:
Hoarding is more common than many people realise. It can affect anyone and is often linked to deeper mental health challenges. It can have a serious impact on someone’s safety, wellbeing and day-to-day life.
A few weeks ago, Hoarding Awareness Week helped shine a light on these issues and MFT continue to offer support through their free online Hoarding Support Programme for Surrey residents.
When: Every second Thursday of the month
Time: 6:30-7:45PM
Where: Online
These monthly sessions provide a safe, friendly space to hear from others with lived experiences and gain practical tips on how to improve your home safely and gradually.
