Who are the Digital Working Group?
The Digital Working Group are a group of involved residents who work with PA's Digital Engagement Team to improve our digital services like 'My PA' and other online tools.
The Digital Working group meet monthly via Microsoft Teams to explore how our digital services can be made better for everyone.
The members of the Digital Working group are responsible for:
- reviewing and providing feedback on our current digital services
- testing new digital services and features
- helping us ensure our digital services meet the needs of all residents, including those who may be less confident online
How does their feedback impact our services?
The groups feedback is directly fed back to our Digital Engagement Team and the Resident Involvement Team. This feedback is used to shape how our services are designed and improved.
What have they reviewed in the last year?
In the last year, the group has focused mainly on improving 'My PA'. The group tested new features, including easier login options and clearer account summaries. The group also helped shape how information is displayed within 'My PA'.
Thanks to their feedback, we’ve made it simpler to report changes, track progress and get the right support without needing to call our contact centre.
