We've received the results of our recent In Depth Assessment from the Regulator of Social Housing, and it's good news!
Overall, the Regulator recognised the changes we’ve implemented during the past few years and that they were a positive step towards ensuring we’re a resident focused and centred organisation, but that some of the changes we've made have not been in place long enough.
This is a validation of our strategy, the decisions we made, and the positive progress we’ve achieved since January 2023.
How we've scored
The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) inspection focuses on three key areas, and scores the between 1-4, with 1 being the highest.
Governance (G)
Governance is an assessment of how well we run as an organisation, and assess the Board and the leadership of PA.
We retained the highest score possible in this area of G1.
Viability (V)
Viability is an assessment which focuses on our financial capacity and our ability to manage a range of adverse events.
We’ve retained our existing V2 rating which shows our decision to use our financial assets to invest more than ever in our homes.
Consumer (C)
Consumer is an assessment of how we're delivering consumer standards and covers listening to residents, and making sure your homes are safe and well maintained.
This is a new standard and we achieved a C2 rating.
