From 6 January 2025, our gas and heating contractors Aaron Services and K&T Heating are changing their name to Sureserve.
In the Midlands, Aaron Services will become Sureserve Compliance Central Ltd.
In London and the South East, K&T Heating will become Sureserve Compliance South Ltd.
You can still report any gas and heating concerns to us as normal by calling us on 0300 123 221, and should not notice any difference in service from the contractors.
While they make the change you might still see the old vans and uniforms, but as they start to changing their branding you will also start to see the new uniforms and vans.

What do I do if I have a boiler problem?
If we are responsible for the repair you can report you repair to us as normal. Give us a call on 0300 123 2221 or by using My PA and we'll arrange for one of our contractors to visit your home.

What do I do if I smell gas?
If you smell gas in your home, open as many windows as possible to allow air to flow through.
Then call the National Gas Emergency Service number on 0800 111 999 immediately.
It operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is free to call.
Identifying contractors
When visiting your home they will be dressed in a branded uniform and appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
They will wear a clearly visible ID badge which identifies them as part of the Sureserve Compliance team. It shows their name and photo, company name, office telephone number for verification purposes, along with an expiry date. This will always be shown to you at the introduction stage.
They use a fleet of branded vehicles, which are distinct and recognisable and show the business name on the sides and back.
