My PA is the fastest, easiest and cheapest way to manage your home online.  It's available 24 hours a day at any time suitable to you - no more waiting in phone queues.
Thanks to My PA, many more repairs are being fixed first time thanks to the easy repair reporting function.  More and more customers are also setting up Direct Debits using My PA to ensure they're up to date with their payments.

How to register and Login?

Before you get started you'll need access to:

  • an email address.  This will double as your username
  • your Payment Reference Number.  You'll find this on your latest rent statement or any letter from our Income Team.
