We're going to be back knocking on your doors again between 14 - 25 September 2026!
Many of you will remember us coming and knocking on your door last September. This was for the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) survey which was introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing to help monitor how social housing landlords are performing. It’s also a great way for you to tell us how we’re doing so we can use your feedback to know what’s working well, and where we need to make changes.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes, and we do not need to enter your home.
We’ll be coming to do this between Monday 14 September - Friday 25 September and we will be carrying out a doorstep survey to ask you 12 simple questions.
We want to make sure this survey is as inclusive as possible and that everyone has the chance to respond. So, we're doing the survey from 9.00am - 6.30pm on Monday-Friday and Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm to try to speak to as many people as we can.
