We're pleased to confirm that John O'Conner Grounds Maintenance has been appointed as our grounds maintenance contractor for communal outdoor areas in Nottinghamshire and Melton Mowbray.
This appointment works towards our aim of improving Tenant Satisfaction Measure (TSM) scores around keeping communal areas clean and well maintained to 68%.
Our current TSM score in this area is 64% and we are committed to building on this, making sure that any newly appointed contractors undergo a full procurement process and approval by our Executive Management Team. This makes it so we can guarantee that the service you receive is of the highest quality.
We know that changes to our contractors can sometimes feel uncertain for residents. As John O’Conner is already working in the area, you should not see any immediate change to your day-to-day service delivery.
This gives you longer-term stability for grounds maintenance across Nottinghamshire and Melton Mowbray. It also allows the Estates Contract Management Team to continue working with John O’Conner on service standards, performance monitoring, resident feedback and any areas for improvement.
The contract will continue to cover grounds maintenance services across communal outdoor areas, including grass cutting, shrub maintenance, weed management, seasonal work, and general upkeep in line with the agreed specification.
The Estate Contract Management Team will continue to monitor the contract through regular performance meetings, site checks, resident feedback and review of any service issues raised.
This appointment supports our aim to provide a consistent, reliable, and well-managed grounds maintenance service for residents.
