What is Procurement?
Procurement is the process of choosing the companies that deliver services to our residents.
Stages of Procurement
-
Stage 1: Consulting with residents to identify their needs from the contract.
-
Stage 2: Working with residents to develop the specification.
-
Stage 3: Residents participating in interviews and scoring to help decide which contract is right for PA and our residents.
-
Stage 4: Resident contract monitors will review the contract and influence future procurement.
