What is Procurement?

Procurement is the process of choosing the companies that deliver services to our residents.

Stages of Procurement

  • Stage 1: Consulting with residents to identify their needs from the contract.

  • Stage 2: Working with residents to develop the specification.

  • Stage 3: Residents participating in interviews and scoring to help decide which contract is right for PA and our residents.

  • Stage 4: Resident contract monitors will review the contract and influence future procurement.

We know that being involved in the end-to-end procurement process is a significant time commitment, so we will ensure you are able to get involved in a way that works best for you.

Why is procurement important?
