It's that time of year when we need to write to you with information about your rent and services charges for the coming 12 months.
From 24 February, we'll be posting out your letters and service charge statements. These detail any changes from the previous year, and should give a good explanation of what's changed and what you're paying for,
Where can I find out more detailed information?
As well as the information you will receive in the post we also have a dedicated page on our website which we hope will also answer any questions you have.
Listening to your feedback
During Autumn 2024, we sent a survey out by email to all residents to ask how they felt about how their service charges are communicated. It asked about the format, font size, branding, layout, and overall look and feel of the documents, as well as the specific language and terminology used. Face-to-face drop-in sessions, and online meetings, were also held across our regions to gain feedback..
Over 600 residents responded to the survey, with the overwhelming majority stating that they were happy with the way their services charges are communicated. Key areas of focus were around terminology to help make it clearer what each service charge element meant. This feedback has directly impacted on the statements this year. There were also specific queries from residents on their own charges and the services they pay.
