Our Consumer Rating has been upgraded!
Many of you may remember this time last year we shared the results of our inspection from the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) which saw us being rated against their Consumer Standard for the first time.
In September 2025 we achieved a C2 rating. Following a reassessment by the RSH during the summer of 2026, we’re pleased to confirm that our consumer rating has been upgraded to a C1. The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) grades us between 1-4, with 1 being the highest.
This is great news and shows our approach is working to ensure the services we provide to you, our residents, are the right ones. Although this is a positive step, we believe it’s also the minimum standard you should expect from us as your landlord, so we won’t be resting on our laurels – we’ll be continuing to push for changes and improvements that matter to you.
How we've scored
The Regulator of Social Housing’s assessment of social landlords focuses on three areas:
Governance (G)
Governance is an assessment of how well we run as an organisation, and looks at the Board and the leadership of PA.
We retained a grade of G1 in this area following the inspection.
Financial Viability (V)
This assessment focuses on our financial capacity and our ability to manage a range of adverse events.
We retained our V2 rating following the inspection last year, which shows our decision to use our financial assets to invest more than ever in our homes. This is the most common grading for developing housing associations.
Consumer (C)
Consumer is an assessment of how we're delivering consumer standards and covers listening to residents, and making sure your homes are safe and well maintained.
We’ve been upgraded to a C1 rating.
