Andrew Rossiter has been appointed as our new (Interim) Executive Director of Responsive Repairs.
He initially joined PA Housing in February 2024 as Director or Property Services for London and the South East, but following feedback from residents on the need for a more senior lead on day-to-day repairs activities, Andrew was successful in his application to this new role.
“I am looking forward to working with teams across the wider business to improve our repairs service and proactively engage with our residents. We intend to focus on best practice and develop initiatives that will progress our delivery in these areas."

Andrew has worked in social housing for over 8 years his previous role was Director of Property for the London and South East region of PA housing. In his previous role he was responsible for the service delivery of repairs, major works, damp and mould and disrepair.
Before working in social housing Andrew has held senior director positions for various commercial organisations including being a co owner of an arboriculture business proving tree services to major network providers such as UKPN WPD and SSE.
