Updating your details
All suppliers must maintain their insurances, policies, and accreditations via In-Tend and ensure these are updated before the expiry date. If any dates have lapsed, this will lead to the account being placed on stop and will delay orders.
Contract review meetings
PA Housing is committed to ensuring all contracts are performed, and review meetings are carried out. Review meeting frequencies will be based on the type of contract, the contract length and value, the type of service, works or goods, the complexity, and risk to delivering the business needs. Contract review meetings will be formalised based on key performance indicators and will also include an overview of issues and resolutions.
When a contract is performing, there is scope for both PA and the supplier to look at new ways of working that create efficiencies for both parties. Suppliers should be as open to improving the contract and service delivery and, as part of the review meetings, discuss opportunities for improvements.
Works and Purchase Orders
Please ensure that a works order or a purchase order has been issued before works, goods, and/or services are delivered or carried out.
