Work placements here at PA
We're offering work placements for one week every month, from June to December 2025. We'll be offering set placements at both our Case House office in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey and our Bede Island office in Leicester.
The placements will involve you working in different teams to give you an insight into the broad range of roles and teams within PA.
The offer is only for residents (or family members of residents and PA colleagues) who are 16 years and older. If you’re aged between 16 and 18, you’ll need parental / guardian consent.

PiLON is an organisation that specialises in planned home maintenance and refurbishment across the social housing sector.
Established in 2004, they operate across the Midlands, London, and the South East, partnering with local authorities and housing associations. In fact, they work with 8 of the biggest housing associations in London.

Resident Liaison Apprentice - Nottingham

Unpaid work experience placements at PiLon
PiLon can offer up to a 2-week placement anytime that is suitable for residents, as long as we have at least 10 working days’ notice to ensure we get everything sorted in terms of risk assessments, etc.
These can be provided to young people, or to residents looking for a career change or to get back into employment.
Opportunities are available in the office, in support departments or they can also be in our operational team, with people shadowing our operatives and learn about trades such as handy work, plumbing or carpentry. Multiple locations across London and Midlands are available and below is some text that could be used for advertising.
These will take place at our offices in Bracknell, Basildon or Midlands, providing valuable insight and shadowing experience in departments such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Call Centre, Electrical Compliance, Bids, Health and Safety or Site Supervision.
