Jessica Friend joins PA Housing as our new Chief Financial Officer.
She is responsible for finance, treasury, risk and assurance and core IT functions. Jessica joined from Platform Housing Group where she was Group Corporate Finance Director.
Jessica is a finance professional with over 20 years experience in investment banking and finance. Jessica spent 15 years in investment banking arranging bank and capital markets funding for infrastructure businesses, including housing associations. She was then a senior adviser for Ofgem with a focus on regulated energy networks cost of capital and financial resilience, before then moving into the social housing sector in 2021.
Jessica is ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualified and is also a Non-Executive Director at Thrive Homes and Chair of Thrive’s Business Resilience and Growth Board Committee.
