We’ve carried out risk assessments in our offices so we can understand how our work can help minimise the the spread of COVID-19 and risk to people. We have put measures in place to help us work safely and made adjustments to the ways we work, such as enabling people to work from home wherever possible.

At PA Housing we have two main customer-facing offices, one in Leicester and one in Walton-on-Thames.
Our registered office is in London but is not open to customers.

All of our post is sorted and distributed electronically from our Leicester office, so even if you live in one of our other regions please do not send post to any of our other offices as it may not be received.
