PA Housing exists to deliver social value to its communities, and our number one priority is to provide high quality homes and associated services to people who cannot afford to buy or rent on the open market.
Each month we update our corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on our website to show transparency and so our residents and regulators can hold us account.
We're always looking to improve these scores though, so feedback from residents really does matter. Without their input on how we're doing, we don't know what's working and where we need to do better.
