Reporting on how we're doing is an important part of how we can continue to improve things for our residents and where they live.
All information about Equal Opportunities and Diversity will be detached from your application before the interview. The Interviewing Panel will not be given this information, and it will not be taken into consideration for recruitment decisions.
Our annual report to residents
Each year we produce a report for residents to show how we've performed during the previous year. If we've got it right, it will show you how we're listening to what residents are telling us, and what we're doing to make things better for everybody.
The report shows detailed information about our performance figures in a number of key areas for the past 12 months, as well as some of the successes we have seen with the continued work of Team Purple.
Our KPIs
Each month we update our corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on our website to show transparency and so our residents and regulators can hold us account.
We're always looking to improve these scores though, so feedback from residents really does matter. Without their input on how we're doing, we don't know what's working and where we need to do better.
