The results are in! Thamesview House block names revealed

At the start of the new year, we asked for your help in naming the two new blocks that are currently being built on the former Thamesview House site.
After diving into the history of the local area, we narrowed it down to 19 options, six of which (three for each block) would be picked for the new scheme.
Well, the results are in and can confirm that the winning names chosen by both colleagues and residents are:

1st place Pavilion House

2nd place Laurelwood House

3rd place Indiana House and Grafton House

4th place Lanford House and Recreation House
The first two names will be submitted to Elmbridge Borough Council for approval, with the remainder being used as back ups in the eventuality of there being any issues with the preferred names.
These new homes are part of a major regeneration for the area and will become an important part of the Elmbridge community for years to come. We want to thank everyone who took the time to take part in the survey and helped to decide the names. Once Elmbridge Borough Council confirm the selected names,

We are holding our first drop-in session on Wednesday, 22nd February, 1 pm – 4 pm, at Felix Rd, Walton-on-Thames KT12 2SN. The drop-in session will provide updates on the construction, gather feedback, and listen to residents raise concerns or complaints about issues affecting the community, such as traffic, noise, or safety concerns. Representatives from PA Housing and Hill, our development partners, will be on hand to answers and listen to any of your concerns
