Our Board
Our board members are responsible for governing PA Housing. They determine our direction and strategy in an effective and accountable way. We believe that it is important that we are open and transparent in all we do.
Our Senior Management Team
The Senior Management Team is responsible for the day to day leadership of our business.
Our Committees
The Board is supported by a committee structure that adds scrutiny to our activities. These committees are made up of Board Members, members of the Senior Management Team, Independent members and our customers.

Paragon Asra Housing Limited is a charitable Community Benefit Society registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefits Societies Act 2014, with the Financial Conduct Authority, registration number 7536 and with the Regulator of Social Housing, registration number 4849.
Following an In Depth Assessment by the Regulator of Social Housing, we were awarded G1:V2 regulatory grades in 2022.
As we are a registered provider of social housing, we are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing and comply with the National Housing Federation Code of Governance. Every year we publish a statement of how we comply with the governance and regulatory standards in the Annual Financial Statements

A private company limited by guarantee. Established to manage the Franklands Park estate in which both PA Housing and Accent Group own properties.
