Due to the pandemic and the continued spread of Covid-19, we want to update you with key points to ensure our visits to complete repairs in your home are carried out safely for both you and our operatives.

We will only complete emergency or urgent repairs at this time and a list of these categories can be found by clicking on the button below:

Prior to our attendance

We ask that should you have any of the following symptoms, you are self-isolating or if you are confirmed to have Covid-19 that you make us aware by phoning us immediately.

  • Continuous cough
  • Loss or change to your sense of smell
  • A high temperature

When we arrive

To ensure everyone’s safety, please ensure that you and any other members of your household are aware of the following information. 

  • Our Operative will be wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This will include a face covering, gloves and may include a full-length suit. Please do not be alarmed, this for their own and your safety.
  • Please ensure that during the visit social distancing is maintained. We ask that you always maintain a distance of 2 meters from our Operative and plan your day so that our Operative can work alone in the areas of your home required to complete the repairs. If you have any questions, please let them know when they arrive. They will answer any questions either before or after they have competed the work and will do so either in an area of your home or outside where social distancing can be maintained.
  • Please ensure your home is well ventilated. Please open windows in the areas that the Operative will work.
