A new and improved way of collecting customer feedback!

An Update from Chris Ducker, Customer Experience and Insights Manager

We have started using a new customer satisfaction provider called GovMetric.

As of today, June 1 2022, we have introduced our new satisfaction surveys that customers will receive once they have had a repair completed. This will be offered to tell us how the repair went and about their experiences during this process.

Our new surveys will be offered to more customers, they will be easier to respond to, and they will provide us with even more insights. This will allow us to focus on areas where we need to improve as well as highlight what we’re doing well.

From July 1, all our other customer surveys will be conducted by GovMetric too. Look out for more updates on this in the coming weeks.

  • The phone number the text will be sent from is: 07411 292011.


This is an exciting time as these changes will improve how we make customer voices heard and act upon them.
