We've decided the time has come to step away from X (formerly Twitter).
The social media platform used to be a great way for us to connect with our residents, colleagues and stakeholders. But over the past 18 months it's changed significantly and more and more we're seeing content being posted that does not align with our business.
We now receive very little engagement through the platform and from speaking with residents it's no longer a platform they use. It therefore makes sense for us to leave X and concentrate our efforts on other ways of communicating with our residents, colleagues and stakeholders that suit them better.
Our X account will close on Friday 31 January.
