Yvonne Arrowsmith joins PA Housing as Interim Chief Executive
Some of you may remember we let you know back in October 2025 about the planned departure of our Chief Executive, Michael McDonagh.
Michael will stand down from his role from 30 September 2026.
He will be replaced by Yvonne Arrowsmith as Interim Chief Executive. Michael will remain with PA Housing in an advisory capacity until 31 December 2026 to provide support and help ensure a smooth transition.

She will continue to support the journey that we started in autumn 2022 to focus on a people first approach to our business, ensuring residents are at the heart of our decision making.”
