What is ‘Your Neighbourhood’?
Think of these pages as your personalised online noticeboards, where you can find useful information and nurture a sense of community. Whether you’re looking for updates, support, or ways to get involved, Your Neighbourhood has got you covered.
How can I find my page?
Just head over to the Residents section of our website – right at the top of our homepage. Look for Your Neighbourhood, then click Find out more. From there, click the Find your Neighbourhood Coordinator button and enter your postcode.
You can also find a link to Find your Neighbourhood Coordinator on our front page, under Our services at your fingertips.
If multiple results pop up and you’re unsure who your Neighbourhood Coordinator (NC) is, you can double-check on our My PA app.
What can I expect to see on my page?
Your page is a central hub for all things local. Here’s what you can look forward to:
Meet your NC
- Get to know your Neighbourhood Coordinator! Each page is tailored to individual neighbourhood patches, and we’re proud to have some of the smallest patches out of our peers, with an average of around 350 homes per NC.
- This means there’s a greater potential for your NCs to get to know you, your specific community, and your individual needs. We hope that these pages will make this even easier.

- Alongside our Neighbourhoods Team, these pages have been put together with the help of our other Customer Service Teams –Safeguarding, Antisocial Behaviour, Tenancy Fraud, Home Moves & Lettings, Tenancy Sustainment, Contracts & Partnerships, Quality Assurance, Income, Contacts, Resident Involvement, and Specialist Housing.
