Work experience opportunities
2019 - June, Latest news
Would a member of your family like to spend one or two weeks with us this summer?
We are offering volunteer work experience placements during the summer holidays for young people aged 16-24 who are school leavers, whether or not they are going onto further education, or students returning home from college or university for the summer.
The placements are available to the families of our residents and staff
The purpose is to help the volunteers understand the world of work and the job opportunities offered in the housing sector.
Our skilled and knowledgeable staff are keen to share their enthusiasm for their work with young people over the summer holidays. This will involve some deskwork, joining meetings and accompanying staff on visits. We will try to tailor the experience to the individual’s career interests, which could be really beneficial in helping to shape a young person’s choices for the future.
