Join us for Get Online Week
2020 - October, Latest news
PA Housing is taking part in this year's national Get Online Week (19 to 25 October) by encouraging customers who do not currently engage with our digital services to register with My PA.
Throughout Get Online Week, we'll be sharing step-by-step guides for using My PA to check rent statements, diagnose and report repairs, book an appointment for a contract to visit, and a whole range of other services.
Get Online Week is all about giving everyone the chance to find the help they need to improve their digital skills, and, through a new, dedicated webpage, we'll be providing daily information and activities, with hints and tips on everything from how to open an email account and set a strong password, to making that first Zoom call.
PA's Digital Engagement Team is offering one-to-one telephone and video call appointments for customers who want personalised support to access the My PA system. It will also be possible to sign up for one-hour online skills sessions, and more formal training courses focussing on digital and financial inclusion.
Daniel Moraga, Digital Programme Manager at PA Housing, said:
We have more than 10,500 customers who have chosen to register on My PA to manage their home with us, and we know that there are many more who would like to use the service, but perhaps don’t have the confidence to try it yet. During Get Online Week we'll be helping those customers to set up and access their My PA account and learn all the skills they need to access our services, as well as many other online services."
PA Housing wants to involve customers in shaping the future development of our digital services, helping us to create and improve tools that will directly impact on their lives. More information is available on our website:
