Tier 5 restrictions - changes to service provision

Due to the latest Tier 5 announcements, we are now restricted in some of the services we can provide at your home or in the community.
- We will continue to provide emergency repairs and any work related to the health and safety of residents and we will ensure safe working practices at all times.
- All other services accessed over the telephone or online are unchanged.
- As always our first concern is the safety of customers, contractors and colleagues.
We will continue to keep our website and social media feeds updated as the situation continues and further announcements are made by the Government.
