Huge success for My PA digital portal

Customers are loving our new My PA digital portal. It’s the easiest and most convenient way to manage your home online, and since a leaflet campaign in February people have signed up in their hundreds.
In the month after we sent out leaflets to tell everyone about the great service more than 1,230 registered to use it. On the busiest day 116 people registered, which was part of a record week when 456 people signed up.
As part of the campaign we offered a prize draw with £250 worth of shopping vouchers for a new user who signed up and carried out a successful transaction. It was won by Katie Carroll from New Parks in Leicester, who used the system to pay her rent at a time convenient to her, rather than phoning at the weekend.
She’s now one of hundreds of regular users taking advantage of the convenience that My PA offers.
It’s available 24/7 so no-one has to wait until our offices are open, or join a phone queue to contact us. Customers can diagnose, report and monitor repairs; book appointments; check a rent balance; make payments; set up a Direct Debit; and lots more. The system is very secure so there’s no need to worry about data going astray.
